1. Product Return Policy and acceptance of payment
a. We only accept product returns within the next month of purchase.

b. In a change of product for another product we do not make a money refund for the remaining quantity.

c. If the product is returned on the same day of purchase, the purchase may be canceled with a money refund. These refunds apply if the product is in good condition and with the presentation of the original invoice.

e. Refrigerated product may not be returned after purchase.

f. Acceptance of payment.

The same operate till the present day, with the addition of E Commerce service as a form of payment.


2. Shipping Policy

The purchase order is delivered to the given customer’s address and the time of delivery is as follows:

- Within Guatemala city delivery takes approximetly 30 minutes to 1 hour of the placed perchuse

- Deliveries to other parts of Guatemala take 24 hours

- Deliveries purchesed from other countries take from 24 to 48 hours
